Nach der Ausbildung als Krankenschwester habe ich viele Jahre in der Kranken- und Altenpflege gearbeitet und mich zusätzlich mit einem Studium sowie verschiedenen Fortbildungen zur Pflegelehrerin, Pflegedienstleitung und Pflegeberaterin weiterqualifiziert. Die Beratung von Betroffenen und deren Angehörigen liegt mir sehr am Herzen. Deshalb freue ich mich, meine langjährigen Erfahrungen aus den verschiedenen Bereichen im Gesundheitssystem in die Beratungen einzubringen und dem Team im Gesundheitskiosk als Leitung den Rücken zu stärken. Dafür setze ich mich ein! Ich komme ursprünglich aus Afghanistan, meine Eltern sind vor 20 Jahren nach Deutschland geflüchtet. Durch meinen Migrationshintergrund spreche ich fließend Dari und Farsi und bin ich mit der afghanischen und der islamischen Kultur sehr vertraut. Nach meiner Ausbildung zur Altenpflegerin habe ich in der stationären Pflege gearbeitet. Zurzeit studiere ich an der HAW Hamburg Interdisziplinäre Gesundheitsversorgung und Management und konnte mir während meines Praxissemesters im Pflegestützpunkt Hamburg-Mitte viel Wissen im Bereich der Pflegeberatung aneignen. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Menschen macht mir sehr viel Spaß! Ich bin in Horn und Mümmelmannsberg aufgewachsen und habe 23 Jahre lang in Billstedt als Arzthelferin gearbeitet. Deshalb kenne ich die Bedürfnisse der Einwohner und auch die Herausforderungen in den beiden Stadtteilen sehr gut. Der Umgang mit Menschen macht mir sehr viel Spaß, ich empfinde meine Arbeit interessant und abwechslungsreich – gerade in so multikulturellen Stadtteilen wie Billstedt und Horn. Umso mehr freue ich mich darauf, Sie zu beraten und mein Wissen über die vielen Gesundheitsangebote in den beiden Stadtteilen und im Gesundheitskiosk mit Ihnen zu teilen. Wir sehen uns im Gesundheitskiosk! Ich bin 1989 aus Polen ins Nachbarland Deutschland ausgewandert. Seitdem bin ich in der multikulturellen Weltmetropole Hamburg fest verankert. Das finde ich großartig! Ich habe viele Jahre als Pflegefachkraft im Bereich Geriatrie und Gerontopsychiatrie in Hamburger Einrichtungen gearbeitet. Besonders viel Freude bereitet mir die Betreuung von Patienten aus verschiedenen Kulturen. Ich habe mich kontinuierlich weitergebildet, zuletzt als Case Managerin in der Gesundheits- und Pflegeberatung. Deswegen freue ich mich auf die Beratungsgespräche mit Ihnen, vor allem auf die in meiner Muttersprache polnisch! Ich bin in Russland geboren und lebe seit dem dreizehnten Lebensjahr in Deutschland. Das Gesundheitswesen hat mich schon immer sehr interessiert, deshalb habe ich nach meinem Schulabschluss eine Ausbildung zur Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin absolviert und anschließend Pflegeentwicklung und Management studiert. Inzwischen habe ich vielfältige Erfahrungen in der stationären, ambulanten und Intensivpflege sowie im Bereich der Organisation verschiedener Pflegeinstitutionen sammeln können. Ich freue mich, diese Erfahrungen mit Ihnen zu teilen und berate Sie gern auch in meiner Muttersprache auf Russisch.
