[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Die Idee der zentralen Anlaufstelle entstand 2015 im Rahmen der Analyse der gesundheitlichen Situation in Billstedt und Horn. Die damals befragten Ärzte und Mitarbeiter aus sozialen Einrichtungen äußerten den Wunsch, für die Menschen im Stadtteil eine niedrigschwellige Anlaufstelle zu schaffen, die den medizinischen Sektor mit den Angeboten im sozialen Bereich verknüpft. Inspiriert von dem finnischen Modell des „Terveyskioski“ entstand so ein Konzept für den Gesundheitskiosk mit medizinisch geschultem und mehrsprachigem Personal. In dieser in Deutschland bislang einmaligen Institution wird ein Umfeld erzeugt, in dem die Menschen selbst für ihre Gesundheit aktiv werden können. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Die Idee der zentralen Anlaufstelle entstand 2015 im Rahmen der Analyse der gesundheitlichen Situation in Billstedt und Horn. Die damals befragten Ärzte und Mitarbeiter aus sozialen Einrichtungen äußerten den Wunsch, für die Menschen im Stadtteil eine niedrigschwellige Anlaufstelle zu schaffen, die den medizinischen Sektor mit den Angeboten im sozialen Bereich verknüpft. Inspiriert von dem finnischen Modell des „Terveyskioski“ entstand so ein Konzept für den Gesundheitskiosk mit medizinisch geschultem und mehrsprachigem Personal. In dieser in Deutschland bislang einmaligen Institution wird ein Umfeld erzeugt, in dem die Menschen selbst für ihre Gesundheit aktiv werden können. Uluslararası rol modeller

Auf der Suche nach nationalen und internationalen Vorbildern für erfolgreiche Vernetzungsstrukturen erwies sich der Gesundheitskiosk als geeignete Lösung. Das Modell basiert auf dem Terveyskioski in Finnland [2,3], und wird in dieser Form erstmals in Deutschland etabliert. Ähnliche Konzepte gibt es auch in den USA: In so genannten Retail Clinics, die in Einkaufszentren, Supermärkten oder Drogerien zu finden sind, werden Leistungen der Primärversorgung sowie Gesundheitsberatungen durchgeführt. Das Angebot basiert auf dem „Walk-In-Prinzip“ ohne vorherige Anmeldung. Im Allgemeinen dienen sowohl die Retail Clinics als auch der Terveyskioski in Finnland zur Erstberatung bzw. zur Bereitstellung von Erstinformationen für die betreffenden Anliegen der Besucher.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

1989'da Polonya'dan komşu Almanya'ya göç ettim. O zamandan beri Hamburg'un çok kültürlü metropolüne sıkı sıkıya bağlıyım. Bence bu harika! Uzun yıllar Hamburg'daki kurumlarda geriatri ve gerontopsikiyatri alanında hemşirelik uzmanı olarak çalıştım. Farklı kültürlerden gelen hastalara bakmaktan özellikle keyif alıyorum. En son sağlık ve bakım danışmanlığı alanında vaka yöneticisi olarak kendimi eğitmeye devam ettim. Bu nedenle, özellikle ana dilim olan Lehçede sizinle istişareleri dört gözle bekliyorum!

Rusya'da doğdum ve on üç yaşımdan beri Almanya'da yaşıyorum. Sağlık sektörüyle her zaman çok ilgilendim, bu yüzden okuldan mezun olduktan sonra hemşire olarak çıraklık yaptım ve ardından hemşirelik geliştirme ve yönetimi okudum. Aslen Afganistanlıyım, ailem 20 yıl önce Almanya'ya kaçtı. Göçmen geçmişim nedeniyle akıcı bir şekilde Dari ve Farsça konuşuyorum ve Afgan ve İslam kültürüne çok aşinayım. Geriatri hemşiresi olarak eğitim aldıktan sonra yataklı bakımda çalıştım. Şu anda HAW Hamburg'da disiplinler arası sağlık bakımı ve yönetimi okuyorum ve Hamburg-Mitte'deki hemşirelik destek merkezinde pratik dönemim boyunca hemşirelik danışmanlığı alanında birçok bilgi edindim. İnsanlarla kişisel temas benim için çok eğlenceli!

Horn ve Mümmelmannsberg'de büyüdüm ve 23 yıl Billstedt'te tıp asistanı olarak çalıştım. Bu yüzden şehrin iki yakasında yaşayanların ihtiyaçlarını ve zorluklarını çok iyi biliyorum. İnsanlarla uğraşmaktan gerçekten keyif alıyorum, işimi ilginç ve çeşitli buluyorum – özellikle Billstedt ve Horn gibi şehrin çok kültürlü bölgelerinde. İki ilçede ve sağlık kioskunda sunulan birçok sağlık hizmeti hakkında size tavsiyede bulunmak ve bilgilerimi sizinle paylaşmak için sabırsızlanıyorum. Sağlık kioskunda görüşmek üzere!

1989'da Polonya'dan komşu Almanya'ya göç ettim. O zamandan beri Hamburg'un çok kültürlü metropolüne sıkı sıkıya bağlıyım. Bence bu harika! Uzun yıllar Hamburg'daki kurumlarda geriatri ve gerontopsikiyatri alanında hemşirelik uzmanı olarak çalıştım. Farklı kültürlerden gelen hastalara bakmaktan özellikle keyif alıyorum. En son sağlık ve bakım danışmanlığı alanında vaka yöneticisi olarak kendimi eğitmeye devam ettim. Bu nedenle, özellikle ana dilim olan Lehçede sizinle istişareleri dört gözle bekliyorum!

Rusya'da doğdum ve on üç yaşımdan beri Almanya'da yaşıyorum. Sağlık sektörüyle her zaman çok ilgilendim, bu yüzden okuldan mezun olduktan sonra hemşire olarak çıraklık yaptım ve ardından hemşirelik geliştirme ve yönetimi okudum. Bu arada yatarak, ayakta ve yoğun bakımda ve çeşitli bakım kurumlarını organize etme alanında geniş bir yelpazede deneyim kazanma fırsatı yakaladım. Bu deneyimleri sizinle paylaşmak için sabırsızlanıyorum ve ana dilim olan Rusça'da size tavsiyelerde bulunmaktan memnuniyet duyarım.
